Water: Brew Better Beer

In our on-going attempts to brew better beer we just purchased “WATER: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers“, by John Palmer and Colin Kaminski via the American Homebrewer’s Association store.  As AHA members, we were lucky enough to get a pre-sale discount, too!  We regularly refer to Palmer’s “How to Brew” on brew day at Brewing Tools!  For our current batch we used a pH adjunct 5.2 to adjust our water… so we’ll see what difference that made in a little over 30 days!
