It’s always nice to put a face with a name!

During our time at the National Homebrewer’s Conference in June we met many customers and some of the homebrew shop owners who are carrying the BeerBox®. It’s always nice to put a face with a name!

So we strive to provide great customer service, whether it is dialogue about how best to use your BeerBox® or dialing in your carbonation or sanitation procedures. We’re testing some newer cleaning and sanitizing products that we learned about at NHC, so stay tuned for more on that.

These guys rock. I sent them an email saying I had an issue. Wham Bang, a new one comes by FedEx Ground in less than a week, no questions asked. They did send a label to return the BeerBox. AWESOME customer service! That, plus the fact that having a BeerBox® is the only way to have kegged beer in a regular refrigerator, without drilling holes through the door or removing all the shelves is a huge benefit.
