Homebrew Competitions – Recent Winners
December 9th, 2015
Hats off to some of the recent winners in homebrew competitions that we have sponsors across the US. Steve Landgren was selected at BOS in the Motown Mash Homebrew Competition and Steve Strain received a BOS for his Kalyke Blonde in the Sower’s Cup Competition. In fact, he and his co-brewer, Bobby Kros, are opening a brewery in Omaha next year, Kros Strain Brewing. So congratulations on that, too!
Steve Strain was nice enough to share his recipe with us, and noted that it will be in the Jan/Feb issue of Zymurgy. It’s a session Belgian Blonde with a little rye.
